The Speed Interval Button 😮

Woot, woot! Butt-kickin' interval workout complete. I love these dang "speed interval" buttons on these treadmills. It makes my life soooo much easier. All ya have to do is set your jog and running paces before you start then while your running you just hit that fancy button to switch from jog to run. *💥explosion noise💥* Mind Blown! Lol 😂😅 PS: If you're trying to lose weight interval training is one of the best at helping ya shred those pounds! 🏃👙
