Avoiding Burnout: An Evening of Art Making to Soothe the Soul

To the person who’s on the verge of burnout,

  • Do stress and overwhelm get the best of you more times than not?

  • Do you feel like even a full night of sleep doesn’t make you feel refreshed?

  • Have you neglected your dreams and passions because you simply don’t have the energy to pursue them?

I feel you. Life loves to throw everything at you all at once ALL the time. Anxiety, stress and all those ‘high priority’ to-dos constantly demand your attention. You check one thing off your to do list only to pile on five more things that need to be done ASAP. Suddenly you have so much weight on your shoulders that your brain goes into autopilot survival mode and you move through tasks without even realizing it. Meanwhile, you see all your friends posting cool vacation pictures on Facebook and realize you can’t even remember the last time you didn’t have a deadline or bill looming over your head. It never seems to end in our lives today. We all seem to be stuck in work mode and running on fumes.

Here's the truth. We CAN have it all:

  • A brain that enjoys a peaceful state of mind more often than not

  • A life where we can pursue our creative interests and hobbies without the guilt trip

  • A life full of purpose and passion

During this hands-on experience, you will:

  • Learn how to use art making as a meditative practice to calm anxiety and reduce stress

  • Cure the work burnout and rekindle an old flame with your creative soul

  • Jumpstart your creativity so you can return to your life more inspired than ever and ready to innovate

  • Learn how to let your inner child roam free (this includes temper tantrums, some serious play time, or whatever else it is that your inner child needs)

  • Walk away with your own original work of art!

I believe we are all capable of having the life we truly want and deserve, but sometimes we just need a little help to getting there.

That’s why I created Avoiding Burnout: An Evening of Art Making to Soothe the Soul, a workshop where personal development meets art.

Isn’t it time you took care of yourself and not just your to do list?
